Walk Leader

Jenny is a Petersfield stalwart, having lived in town and walked around the area for 42 years. As well as walking Jenny and her husband were founder members of Liss Runners, another great way to get to know the local footpaths and byways.  Like many runners, she has clocked up her fair share of half and full marathons over the years, including no less than 12 London marathon entries! Jenny’s speedy genes apply to walking too, having completed the former 80 mile long South Downs Way in just 27 hours. Hopefully, she took her ascent of Mt Kilimanjaro a little slower! As she values the friendship that comes from walking, she now leads a walking group which meets weekly and is part of a small group aiming to complete the Coast-to-Coast national trail this year.
