Are you interested in a balanced and rounded approach to wellness, where diet is just as important as exercise? If so, this is the walk for you. Kevin is a keen walker but also a firm believer in the health benefits of plant-based diets, having remedied his own health problems by simply changing the food he eats. The added bonus on this walk is that you’ll get to sample some of his delicious plant-based bakes!

Walk Leader

Kev is one half of the successful husband and wife team that run Salon Sixteen in Petersfield. If you go there for your hair care, you will know that a big perk is the selection of cake that accompanies your choice of beverage. These are all homemade and baked by Kev. Having suffered for many years from debilitating spells of illness, which were misdiagnosed by health experts, Kev finally discovered that the cure lay in what he ate. Changing his diet has quite simply changed his life. As he is surely not alone in facing this type of problem, he is keen to help provide others with the information and support to follow a similar path.
