A Petersfield favourite with the town’s Ramblers. You will be led by experienced walk leader and club secretary, Sheila Gadd, up through Steep and glorious Ashford Hangers, along the crest of Wheatham Hill (with its many viewpoints) and back down through Steep Marsh. You can’t do this route too many times.

Petersfield Ramblers Club is an independent organisation whose members celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020. We have approximately 100 members and we are affiliated to the Ramblers Association and the South Downs Society. Our membership fee is £5 per annum. Walks take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year, generally within 20 miles of Petersfield. Walks start at 10am and the meeting point is listed on the club website.
