This is a gentle-paced Nature Connection walk through Selborne’s tranquil Long Lythe. Following the Oakhanger stream we will reach the beautiful open meadow beside Priory ponds. On our journey we will stop regularly to mindfully experience the surrounding nature using all our senses, exploring how it makes us feel. The walk will mainly be taken in companionable silence, providing the opportunity to really sink into our surroundings. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take time to support our own physical and mental well-being. We will practice some simple, yet powerful, Nature Connection exercises that can be used anywhere. Come and experience the therapeutic benefits that being in nature can bring; explore how nature can give insights into coping with daily challenges, and meet like-minded people who enjoy spending time walking mindfully in nature.

Bring a blanket.
