Sue Webber is a woman of many talents. She is a walk leader, historian, nature expert, writer and also an artist. In fact art is the theme that links all her areas of expertise. She sketches, paints, makes beautiful mosaics and even experiments with making her own inks and maps. Later this summer she has been offered an artist’s residency for the Wild Islands voyage with Sail Britain. She will be sailing to some of the small islands off Scotland’s West coast and making art as she travels.

On this short sketching walk along the top of Butser Hill, you can learn from Sue or simply enjoy the company of fellow amateur artists wanting to capture the expansive views of our beautiful surrounding countryside.

Please bring a stool/mat plus your materials

Parking on Butser Hill is paid.
